Having said that, we do understand the inconvenience caused to you because the car wouldn’t be available to you for some time and impact your earnings. To make up for it, Best Self Drive Cars will be liable to provide monetary compensation or a replacement car.
We will have the damage fixed at one of Best Self Drive Car’s trusted service centres. Please note should there be a requirement to change the damaged part we will have it replaced with only the original spare part. The spare part will be sourced from Authorized dealers only.
In case your car is caught by the police under any circumstance-Best Self Drive Cars relationship manager and on ground team will assist you at every step in getting the car released.

You can view booking details of upcoming, live and completed bookings on the Best Self Drive Cars App under your listing. Booking details will have information about booking start date, start time, end date, end time and revenue earned. Detail of the revenue will be shared after the end of the booking.
No to ensure renter privacy you won’t have GPS visibility, however Best Self Drive Cars will be monitoring the same at their end and make sure that your car will be in safe hands.
Best Self Drive Cars will install the FASTag in all the Best Self Drive Cars Partner’s vehicles.
We recommend you deactivate the existing FASTag by reaching out to the FASTag customer care. Post which we will install the FASTag of Best Self Drive Cars.
Once your tenure is completed FASTag installed by Best Self Drive Cars gets deactivated and we recommend you reactivate or install your FASTag for the car.
